1.1. This User Agreement for Swissquote Bank services (hereinafter, the "Agreement") is a contract between the Client (referred to as "You") and Swissquote Bank (legal name ALJ Holding SA), a Swiss company with its registered office at Avenue Industrielle 12, 1227 Carouge GE, Switzerland.

2. ABOUT Swissquote

2.1. Swissquote is a trading name of ALJ Holding SA.

2.2. Swissquote is an electronic wallet service that allows you to store and exchange virtual currencies, accept payments, transfer funds, and pay for various services.

2.3. Swissquote supports numerous virtual currencies, including Swissquote USD, Swissquote EUR, Swissquote RUB, Swissquote BTC, Swissquote ETH, Swissquote LTC, Swissquote BCH, and Swissquote USDT.

3. SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT

3.1. This Agreement governs the opening, use, and closure of your Swissquote Account and your use of all other related Swissquote services.

3.2. Your use of additional services may require you to accept supplementary terms and conditions.

4. OPENING AN ACCOUNT

4.1. Your Swissquote Account is an e-wallet that enables you to send and receive payments.

4.2. To use our services, you must first open an Swissquote Account by registering your details on our Website.

4.3. If you are an individual, you must be 14 years of age or older to use our services.

4.4. You may only open an Swissquote Account if it is legal to do so in your country of residence.

5. CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT

5.1. You may close your Swissquote Account at any time by contacting the Support Team.

5.2. If your Account holds a balance at the time of closure, we will ask you to withdraw your funds within 30 days.

6. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

6.1. You agree to cooperate with all requests made by us to identify or authenticate your identity.

6.2. We reserve the right to close, suspend, or limit access to your Account if we are unable to verify your information.

7. Swissquote SERVICES

7.1. Swissquote Wallet: Allows you to store funds, pay for services, and transfer money.

7.2. Swissquote Transfers: Enable you to send electronic money worldwide.

7.3. Swissquote Exchange: Allows you to purchase electronic money in another currency.

8. RESTRICTIONS

8.1. It is not permitted to use Swissquote Services for any illegal purposes.

8.2. Swissquote will report any suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement agency.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1. Your Swissquote Account is operated in Switzerland, and this Agreement shall be governed by Swiss law.
